Depois de descompactado o jogo vai aparecer em .iso, depois é só extrair outra vez com o Winrar, executar o setup e instalar, emular numa drive virtual, gravar num DVD de 9GB ou em dois de 4GB, etc etc.
É o jogo que dispensa apresentações, tem os melhores gráficos que existem até hoje, o cenário pode ser totalmente destruído, incluindo árvores, casas, carros e o restante cenário.

Vc vai entrar na pasta call of duty 4 modern warfare, dvd1, irá pegar o arquivo CoD 4 MW.part04.rar e irá DESCOMPACTA-LO NA PASTA DESTINO...

Após um longo tempo ele vai pedir a parte 16...cole isso na barra de procurar : C:\Arquivos de programas\download\Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare v1.7 Full with Multiplayer (Garena) all you need\Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare\Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Dvd 2.

Depois de descompactar, dentro da pasta destino, vc vai ter um monte de arquivos...clike 2 vezes no aquivo setup e instale o jogo normalmente. (Key : “DL2J-8PY4-4Q22-GE48-88D2”)

Pronto, seu jogo está instalado.

Para jogar online (garena) só o que falta é instalar os patches e o garena.

Entre na pasta do download e abra a pasta Patch 1.6, INSTALE-O.

para comessar este tutorial vamos baixar o jogo TORRENT (eu fiz uma versão torrent com os pathchs e o jogo para ficar mais facil)

ok, sendo baixado :

1.extraia os arquivos do winrar e entre na pasta left 4 dead

2.dentro dela tem varios arquivos, mas vc so vai entrar em um que e o setup.bat...clike 2 vezes nele

3. pressione quaquer tecla dentro da janela vermelha e ele ja vai comessar a instalar...nao ligue se a barrinha de instalação parar no 10%, ela vai continuar a instalação.

4.feito isso vc vai ver que vai ter um icone do jogo no desktop para jogar singleplayer, mas nao e isso q nos queremos, nos queremos jogar online!!!

5.instale a versão 1.0.1.4 full (Versão 1.0.1.4 FULL_www.l4dbrasil.net_upload_por_Garfield.exe)

6. após instalar a versão 1.4 instale a versão StandAlone ([L4D]_Standalone_1.20_RC2_WWW.L4DBRASIL.NET_Upload_por_Garfield.exe)

7. após isso td vc tem o left 4 dead completo nas suas mãos. Só falta o Garena (dispositivo igual a o HAMACHI, faz com que computadores de varios locais estejam ligados igual a uma lan)

8.Para isntalar o garena basta clikar 2 vezes no setup dele (GarenaBR_setup.exe)

9. abra o garena ,crie uma conta e siga os seguintes passos nos prints:
